Hong Kong-based corporate investigation consultancy firm Verity Consulting Ltd was named “Best Corporate Intelligence and Investigation Services – Hong Kong” and “Best in Fraud Prevention – Hong Kong” in the 2015 M&A Awards.

The Awards, sponsored by UK-based AI Global Media, Acquisition International Magazine, and DealFlow Source, celebrate the outstanding efforts and achievements of all those involved in identifying, coordinating and seeing through to completion those important deals that could make a huge difference to a business, a local economy or even an entire country.

Kelvin Ko, Managing Director of Verity Consulting Limited, expressed his sincere appreciation for winning the M&A award for the second consecutive year.

“Last year, Verity was named ‘Corporate Investigation Consultancy of the Year – Hong Kong.’ We are exceptionally proud to receive two titles this year and be recognized by Acquisition International once again. It is a testament to our successful development and excellence over the years,” Ko said.

According to Acquisition International, firms and individuals are under increasing scrutiny as potential clients search for the companies best suited to help them achieve their goals.

These awards recognize the dedicated and experienced investors, advisers, financiers and service providers who have been selected for their expertise in their specialized field.

All of the awards are handed out solely on merit and are given to commend those most deserving for exceptional service over the last 12 months.

“Our achievement is the direct result from a combination of our abilities, trusted partnerships with our clients, and tireless dedication of our staff. Looking forward, we will continue to expand our capabilities by investing heavily in our staff training and company development, further provide outstanding investigation solutions to corporations, as well as to raise the standard of the investigation industry in the region,” Ko said. –
