Data Centre World, Singapore, the leading data centre gathering in Asia, returns to a brand new venue, the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre on 12th-13th October.

The unmissable event will deliver focused streams around Asia’s innovation in the data centre world space, expanding its cutting-edge conference to cover advancements in DCIM, energy efficiency and cost management, facilities management and critical equipment.

This year will see the introduction of Data Centre World Singapore’s brand new show feature – The DCW Live Green Data Centre. For the first time ever in Asia, a real-life, fully-functioning data centre will be at the heart of the exhibition floor, housing products from over 20 sponsors.

The interactive feature will showcase the practical implementation of products from cooling units and fans, to cables and perimeter fencing. This is the only feature of its kind at any exhibition in the world, showing how key data centre components operate in their natural environments.

A practical and applicable conference will share invaluable peer-based insight and inspiration with a global audience of senior data centre professionals, IT directors, engineers, consultants and other industry experts.

Hosting a range of panel discussions, roundtables, seminars and real-life case studies, the event can be tailored to address individual development, as well as business needs. An international line-up of over 300 visionary speakers includes Jones Lang LaSalle Director, Alex Tilley, Lonely Planet Head of Cloud Services, Darragh Kennedy, Eltek ASA Global Director for Data Centre Business, Geraint Davies and Senior Director at Orange Business Services, Derrick Loi.

The exhibition floor will host over 300 industry-leading suppliers showcasing their latest data centre products and solutions including Dell EMC, IBM, Huawei, Digital Realty, Delta, Anixter, TATA Communications, Piller, Equinix and Raritan.

“Data Centre World Singapore 2016 promises to be the best instalment yet, with an insightful programme of world-class speakers and a show floor packed with leading international suppliers. We are really looking forward to this year’s show, particularly with the introduction of our brand-new feature the Live Green Data Centre. This will be first working data centre at any exhibition in Asia, addressing the rapid evolution and ever changing data centre by providing a platform it deserves,” Data Centre World, Singapore Group Event Director Andy Kiwanuka said,

In a challenging market, Data Centre World, Singapore 2016 is able to provide answers to the industry’s critical concerns, delivering first-hand ‘how-to’ advice on best practice, efficiency and investment, in an ever-changing climate.”

Data Centre World, Singapore 2016 will stand alongside FREE to attend Cloud Expo Asia, Asia’s top cloud computing event for business, and brand new launch event Cloud Security Expo, addressing the pressing needs of cloud service providers and major organisations adopting cloud technology.
