An earthquake that measured 5.2 magnitude rocked Metro Manila and nearby provinces in Luzon past noon Wednesday but authorities said no major damages were recorded.

Evacuations were ordered in different areas immediately after the earthquake hit around 1:05 pm, according to Philvocs. The epicenter was reported in Tinaga Island near Vinzons in the province of Camarines Norte.
