    Philippine Bank of Communications Appoints New Board Adviser

    The Philippine Bank of Communications (PBCom) has announced the appointment of Mr. Roberto Juanchito T. Dispo as Adviser to the Board of Directors of the Bank effective immediately.

    Dispo is a seasoned investment banker with extensive experience in capital raising, investments, strategic acquisition, and asset management.

    He also previously held various posts in the Department of Finance and Bureau of Treasury, and is credited for the key reforms in the debt and capital markets.

    He was also the former President of Money Market Association of the Philippines and is currently the Chairman of Capital Markets Development Committee of FINEX.

    The appointment of Mr. Dispo complements the Bank’s strategic direction considering his depth of experience in both commercial and investment banking, PBCom said in a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange. – BusinessNewsAsia.com
