Filipino Homes, one of the leading real estate solutions providers in the Philippines based in Cebu, announced the expansion of its Global Partners initiative to seven new countries following a successful launch in Dubai.
The move aims to assist Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) with property investments and avoid potential scams.
Anthony Gerard O. Leuterio, founder and CEO of Filipino Homes, detailed the expansion plans.
“We are aggressively opening in Bangkok, United Arab Emirates, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, the United States, and Europe,” Leuterio said.
The initiative is designed to provide OFWs access to accurate information about property investments in the Philippines.
Global Partners, part of the Filipino Homes Group of companies, also aims to protect Filipinos abroad from real estate scams.
“It creates a community that protects against scammers, ensuring that real estate investments are legitimate,” Leuterio explained.
The facilities will function as the “eyes and ears” to spot illegal real estate dealings and help developers reach the international market.
Moreover, Global Partners will facilitate smoother transactions for OFWs by connecting them with the right banks for credit access and loans.
Leuterio emphasized the importance of reputable partnerships and the commitment to ensure the legitimacy of projects promoted abroad.
“We want to be visible in countries with a significant number of Filipinos,” Leuterio added, noting that the network will help resell and rent units owned in the Philippines.
Filipino Homes also plans to launch a talk show to address concerns and questions about real estate investment and property management for Filipinos living abroad.
“In our sales mission trips abroad, we discovered many Filipinos are scammed in their property investments. Global Partner offices aim to help them make informed decisions and protect them from unlicensed developers and agents,” Leuterio reiterated.
