Wyndham Hotel Group has signed seven additional Ramada properties across China, in the provinces of Sichuan, Shandong, Hubei, and Jiangsu, the company said in a statement.

The announcement by Wyndham, the largest hotel company in the world based on number of hotels, came after it opened the 156-room Ramada Nanjing hotel.

Ramada Nanjing, developed by China Eastern Airline Jiangsu Co Ltd, becomes the latest upscale business hotel to open close to the Nanjing Lokou International Airport.

The upscale business hotel features a variety of multi-function meeting spaces, in addition to its 156 well-appointed rooms.

It also offers free breakfast buffet, on-site business center, fitness center, and 24/7 shuttle service.

Wyndham Hotel Group Greater China president and managing director Leo Liu was quoted as saying that Ramada Nanjing carries the Ramada brand, which is a well-known, global brand that is highly regarded in the minds of travelers.

“It’s because of these traits that the brand continues to see strong interest from the hotel development community,” Liu added.
