New York-headquartered business process outsourcing (BPO) firm CGS has announced the opening of its new office in Netanya, Israel, extending its language capabilities to include Hebrew, Russian and Arabic, as well as additional support for French.

In a press release, CGS said the expansion in Israel enhances its delivery of comprehensive BPO services to current and future clients.

The Netanya office is an advanced facility including a modern data center with a telecom infrastructure. At its opening, CGS’s first client to be serviced from Netanya is one of the world’s largest technology companies.

“When it comes to customer management, more businesses are seeking out strategic partners that can help them offer specific language skills from key locations across the globe,” said Stephen Loynd, Global Program Director, Frost & Sullivan.

He added “in light of a growing need for more Russian, Hebrew and Arabic speakers, it makes perfect sense for CGS to have established a presence in the Middle East, and specifically in Israel”.

With a base of thousands of multilingual, dedicated call center agents located throughout North America, Romania, Chile, India and now Israel, CGS currently supports many of the world’s industry-leading brands, including global retailers, healthcare providers, technology and telecom providers and global hospitality brands. CGS’s innovative, scalable and flexible outsourcing solutions include help desk solutions, technical support, customer care, sales and channel management, and finance and accounting.
