BigDish Ventures, an international leader in restaurant yield management software, announced that highly experienced technology executive Henry Joseph-Grant has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer.

Joseph-Grant was part of the team that built JUST EAT plc from startup in the UK to a $2.44 Billion Dollar IPO, then going on to held senior operational roles at Gett (Formerly Get Taxi) and Founding the European arm of Abraaj Capital owned The Entertainer.

At BigDish, Joseph-Grant oversees and directs all operational departments and brings a combination of extensive sales experience, operations improvement and global go-to-market expertise to his work in ensuring BigDish Ventures complex and cross functional initiatives are successful.

Having driven growth strategies globally within several business’s over the past decade he will focus on fuelling BigDish’s continued global expansion into Europe, GCC and Asia.

With several recent acquisitions and a highly experienced leadership team, BigDish is poised for even greater success, Joseph-Grant added. He spent four years at JUST EAT, joining before their first round of Venture Capital from Index Ventures, in a variety of roles.
